세계무역기구(WTO)가 이번 달 13일 발표한 보고서에 따르면, 코로나-19 팬더믹으로 인한 여행 및 수출입 운송 비용이 부문에 따라 무역 비용의 1/3을 차지하고 있는 것으로 알려졌다.

그러나 이제 운송기업들이 앞다투어 수출입업체들의 편익을 위한 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 글로벌 대형선사인 머스크(Maersk)는 디지털 플랫폼을 출시하여 선적서류 공유, 화물예약관리 및 화물추적 등의 서비스를 제공한다.
머스크는 이를 통해 수출입업체들의 가시상 확보와 운송비용 절감을 목표로 하고 있다. 최근 두바이항만공사(DP World)는 글로벌 물류플랫폼, 씨레이츠(Searates)를 인수합병하여 전세계 수출입기업을 상대로 해상, 항공, 육상 운송견적, 선적 및 화물추적 등을 일괄 처리하는 플랫폼을 확대 운영하고 있다.
국내에도 SeaRates Korea를 통해 서비스하고 있다. 일찍이 국내업체들도 물류 서비스플랫폼의 중요성과 미래가치에 주목하여, 물류 디지털화에 투자를 가속화하고 있다.
2017년부터 LG그룹 계열의 판토스도 원큐브라는 항공솔루션 플랫폼을 운영중에 있고, 비슷한 시기에 트레이링크라는 중소업체도 물류플랫폼을 개발 운영하고 있다. 최근에는 기존 IT업체들도 물류 서비스플랫폼 사업진출을 계획하고 있다.
그러나 물류 서비스의 플랫폼화는 관광이나 여객운송분야와는 달리 IT기술만으로 승부하기 어렵다. 여객이나 관광서비스를 이용하는 고객들은 그들의 복잡다단한 요구들이 서비스플랫폼이 충족시키지 못할 경우나 비용이 합당하지 않다고 판단될 경우, 고객이 알아서 처리하고 플랫폼서비스의 일부 상품만 이용하는 것이 가능하다.
그러나 물류 서비스의 처리는 아직도 매뉴얼 서비스가 필요한 부분이 많이 존재하고, 이를 처리하는 고객서비스 역시 전문화, 고도화가 필요하다. 비대면 물류서비스와 국,내외 택배이용이 늘어날 미래 물류시장에서 고객만족을 위한 물류지능(Logistics Intelligence)이 오히려 IT기술보다 요구된다.
이와 더불어 글로벌 네트워크와 물류비용의 협상능력과 기능 등은 국내 플랫폼 업체들이 해결해 야 할 숙제다. 아직 국내의 물류 서비스플랫폼은 이제 시작단계에 있지만, 위기가 기회가 되는 물류시장에서 국내 물류 서비스플랫폼이 글로벌 물류시장을 선점할 수 있기를 기대한다.

One of the big improvements of the new Metatrader 5 strategy tester is the possibility to use individual calculation frameworks ( agents ) to distribute the load within the multiple (remote) cores and as result, to greatly increase the speed of trading strategies optimization / calculation. The agents can be installed on remote computers in your local home/work network or on other internet-connected pc's around the world.
Thus, the time for optimization using multiple cpu core's is greatly reduced. The Metatrader 5 strategy tester automatically assigns each agent the testing parameters and the interval to for the next passage. As said above, you can use any available pc, both on a local network and via the Internet. To do this you need to install on the remote computers that you want to use the MetaTester.exe utility. This utility is part of the Metatrader 5 installation package, so there's no need for a separate download. Simply install the Metatrader 5 terminal.
The remote agent receives the required testing history from the tester, so there's no need for multiple requests to the broker servers. Access to remote agents is securely protected by a password. Within the agents the following security mechanisms are implemented:
- Fully encrypted network protocol between the client terminal and the remote agent with a compression of traffic;
- Password protection;
- Ability to specify a list of IP addresses from which connection to the client terminal is allowed;
- Only local agents can use the DLL with the appropriate terminal resolution. DLL call is prohibited on remote agents;
- The transmitted EA's code is never stored on the agent's HDD, but is instead transferred in a transformed state, which is inaccessible by the dump. On remote agents, messages of Expert Advisors (Print() function), as well time of trade operation execution, are not recorded to the journal;
- The agent does not know the name of the EA and doesn't store the miscalculation results on the HDD;
- The agent is protected by a security shield from dissemble and modification.
Here is a detailed guide how to use the remote MetaTrader 5무역 플랫폼 MetaTrader 5무역 플랫폼 agents. I'm going to use the dual-core cpu on my laptop as a remote agent on my desktop pc.
1. Open the MetaTester.exe utility on the computer that you want to use for the remote-agent service. The Metatester agents manager program MetaTester.exe is located in the Metatrader 5 installation folder ( default: C:\Program Files\MetaTrader 5\metatester.exe
2. Specify a password and a port range for the remote agent connection. The best option is to choose port numbers that are not used by other programs. You can find a list of standard and unassigned ports here: Iana.org port numbers
In my example i'm using the 4435-4436 port range. Press the "Add" button. The number of available local agents must be equal to the number of logical cores of the processor. In my case, i have a dual core Intel cpu, so i installed 2 remote-agent services. Also, write MetaTrader 5무역 플랫폼 down your ip address stated above ( in my case, 192.168.1.12 )
3. Now go to the computer where you will be using the Metatrader 5 strategy tester and the remote agents. Open Metatester 5 and go to the "agents" tab. You will see the "local" and "remote" tabs. The local cpu is listed on the "local" tab. Via the context menu on the "remote" tab you can add the remote agents:
A pop-up window will appear. You must input the password, ip address and MetaTrader 5무역 플랫폼 port number that you specified earlier. In my case, i use the ip address:port number 192.168.1.12:4435 MetaTrader 5무역 플랫폼 for the remote agent 1 and 192.168.1.12:4436 for the remote second agent.
4. In case you have a firewall installed on the computer with the remote-agents service running, allow the connection. You may also open the ports on your router if they are closed. I'm using the Comodo Firewall program, so i had to allow the outgoing connection:

As said above, all agents are shown in a table divided into two parts - local and remote agents. 정부가 국내 3대 공공 기업간거래(B2B) 플랫폼을 연계하기 위한 작업에 착수했다. 코로나19 영향으로 수출이 어려워진 중소 수출기업을 지원하고, 온라인화 추세인 국제 무역에 선제 대응하기 위한 발판을 마련하기 위한 조치다. 미래 수출 기반 마련을 향한 '무역 디지털 전환'에 본격 시동이 걸렸다.
KOTRA는 최근 '무역 디지털전환 이행을 위한 3대 플랫폼 연계·협력 및 기능 고도화' 사업을 공고하고 참여기관 모집에 나섰다. 자사가 운영하는 '바이코리아'를 비롯해 중소벤처기업진흥공단(고비즈코리아), 한국무역협회(트레이드코리아)가 각각 운영하는 B2B 플랫폼을 연계해 효율을 높이는 게 핵심이다. 정부가 작년 11월 확정 발표한 '무역 디지털 전환 대책'의 후속 조치다.
정부 관계자는 “3대 플랫폼은 상호 간 연계 수준이 낮은 것은 물론 결제, 배송, 지원 기능 등에서 비즈니스 경쟁력이 취약하다”면서 “MetaTrader 5무역 플랫폼 플랫폼 간 기능을 연계해 온라인 B2B 수출 지원을 확대해야 한다”고 강조했다.
산업통상자원부와 KOTRA는 올 상반기까지 3대 플랫폼을 기술적으로 연계하고 바이코리아를 고도화하기 위한 방안을 긴급 추진할 계획이다. 이를 위해 구성된 추진단은 △데이터 연계 △바이어 오퍼 공유 △상품항목 표준화 △시스템 개편을 4대 핵심 과제로 제시했다.
KOTRA는 이번 사업에서 구체 운영 방안을 수립할 계획이다. 바이코리아 상품 및 상품 카테고리 체계를 정비하고, 전시와 관리로 이원화한 체계를 구축해 카테고리 확장성과 유연성을 높일 방침이다. 전시회, 오픈이노베이션 등 다양한 사업 카테고리 연계 방안도 수립한다. 아울러 상품정보를 동시 검색할 수 있는 기능을 구현할 계획이다. 각 플랫폼에서 특정 상품 정보 검색 시 타 플랫폼 대표 상품 목록을 동시에 확인할 수 있는 기능이다. 바이어에게 검색 편의를 제공하는 한편 다른 플랫폼 상품을 구매할 수 있는 선택권을 부여하기 위함이다.
해외 바이어 문의 정보도 연동한다. 특정 플랫폼에 접수된 바이어 주문을 해당 공간에서 소화하기 어려우면 다른 2개 플랫폼으로 이관해 매칭을 지원하는 형태다. 입점 기업 편의를 위해 상품 정보를 동시에 3개 플랫폼에 등록하는 기능도 제공할 예정이다. 이외에도 바이코리아 고도화를 위한 상품 카테고리 및 관리 플랫폼을 구축하는 한편 관련 데이터베이스(DB)를 정비할 계획이다.
KOTRA 관계자는 “3대 B2B 플랫폼 고도화로 서비스 만족도를 향상할 것”이라면서 “안정적이고 체계적인 분석 시스템을 확보해 국내기업과 해외 바이어에게 최적의 맞춤 서비스 제공하겠다”고 말했다.
